Great location near train station, friendly staff, good price, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed.
All good.

The room was clean and had a nice view. The hotel's location was great because it was close to the main shopping areas and public transportation. I also enjoyed the fact that the room came with free wi-fi and a small fridge to store my drinks.
My new year's experience could have been better if the staff was more accommodating. When I requested for a late check-out, the receptionist was less than friendly, and their inflexible policy ruined my day.

During my recent stay at Aloha Hatyai, I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved that I could easily walk to the vibrant Lee Garden night market and explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the availability of free parking near Robinson mall was a great bonus.
In terms of service, the staff at Aloha Hatyai were friendly and helpful. When I encountered a minor issue with the water heater's inconsistent temperature, they promptly arranged for a room change to ensure my comfort.

The hotel was conveniently located near shops, markets, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with soft pillows. The bathroom had good water pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, speaking English well. the massage service was a great way to unwind.
Sadly, the in-room Wi-Fi was unreliable.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing from the clean and spacious rooms to the friendly staff who let us check in early. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities and massage package. We were also impressed with the location of this hotel as it's just a short walk from the malls and a 7-Eleven store. We appreciated the private car park offered by the hotel, which was secure and safe.
Nothing to be said.

Spent my Thanksgiving at an ideal hotel with prime location and excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Loved being so close to the train station for easy travel. Plus, the shopping district was just a stone's throw away for local goods. The tuk-tuk was a great mode of transport for sightseeing, and they were always available.
The room walls were too thin, making it easy to hear noise from the adjacent room. And, no iron was available in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for pressed clothing.
